We are meticulous about satisfying our guest's sophisticated palates. We recruited our chef, Wray Warner, from the Four Seasons, Jackson Hole. Specialties include rack of lamb and seared ahi tuna, plus fine wines and delicious desserts made daily. Evening menus include two specialty dinners plus a core menu featuring favorites such as smoked beef, pan roasted chicken and a pasta selection. Lunches are as light as a salad or, if you prefer, as ambitious as a hearty bowl of soup and a sandwich.
