Aaron or Robin will have the answer. Their deep experience in ranch management has helped us to build a staff of some of the finest folks who will ever wait on you hand and foot. They have four children: Cole, Kylie, Luke and Laci.

ANDY LEE, Head Guide. Andy is the man to turn to with queries as simple as, "what's coming off today," or as advanced as, "I keep getting a tailing loop when I try to cast far and fine." Andy puts countless hours on ranch waters. His easy-going style, deep insight into trout behavior and dining habits, tireless work ethic and genuine care for our guests make 4UR angling all it's reputed to be. He or his guides can get you into fish. Big ones.

WRAY WARNER, Chef. You won't lack for great dining at the 4UR, and credit for that goes to Wray. Wray's fare has graced the tables of some of the finest resorts in North America, from the Four Seasons in Jackson, Wyoming to the Lake Placid Lodge in New York. Here at our ranch he puts his formidable culinary skills to work in magical ways to make sure the 4UR dining experience and wine list are unsurpassed in every way.

DAMON GIBBONS, Head Wrangler. Damon is our very own horse whisperer. An advocate and practitioner of Natural Horsemanship, Damon applies the principles of that holistic approach in a way that makes 4UR riding far more than just plodding along the trails. Whether you're an old pro in the saddle, or a true greenhorn, Damon and his wranglers can teach you things about horses and horsemanship you probably never knew.

KATHY ADELMAN, Front Desk. You can ask to talk to anyone here but, if you call, the odds are good it'll be Kathy's fair voice on the other end of the line. Kathy's bright spirit and genuine helpfulness have been a part of the 4UR guest experience for years. She gets it right, does it right and/or makes it right, regardless of the situation.
